For digital downloads, see “Digital products (plugins)” below.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance in Sweden or the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you name) receive the product. You do not need to give a reason.

How to start a return

To use your right of withdrawal, email hello@irozon.se and include your order number. We will confirm how to send the item back. You must send the item back to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after the day you told us you were withdrawing.

Condition of the item

You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop before deciding to keep it. If its value is reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features and how it works, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

Return shipping costs

For a standard withdrawal, you pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is faulty, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Your refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard option, we only refund the cost of the standard option, not the extra you paid. We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned item back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. Once that condition is met, we refund your payment without undue delay, using the same payment method you used to pay unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match its description, your rights as a consumer go beyond the withdrawal period above. Under Swedish consumer law, you generally have a three-year statutory right to complain about a defect that was already present when you received a physical product, even if it only becomes apparent later. See Terms and Conditions for how we handle complaints and defective products.

Digital products (plugins)

WordPress plugins are available as digital downloads, not physical shipments, so no physical return shipment applies to the downloaded files. See the plugin product pages for download, licence and support information. The rules for withdrawal from digital content are different. Where an applicable right of withdrawal exists, it may be lost only if all legal conditions are met: before delivery starts, you actively and expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal, and you receive a confirmation or copy of the agreement. A download link becoming available or being opened does not by itself mean that the right has been lost. For questions about a digital download, contact hello@irozon.se.

Contact

Questions about an order can be sent to hello@irozon.se.

",
