Irozon Shop
Terms and Conditions
About this page
These terms and conditions govern the use of Irozon Shop and the purchase of products listed on it.
Who we are
Irozon Shop is operated by Irozon AB (org. no. 559553-5658), Bjursätragatan 156, 124 63 Stockholm, Sweden. You can reach us at hello@irozon.se.
Products and pricing
We try to describe and picture our products accurately, but small variations in colour, texture or finish are possible, especially for 3D-printed items. All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices, product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
Correction of errors
If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or technical error, we may correct it — even for an order already placed — and will contact you before proceeding, giving you the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order, for example by an order confirmation email, or once we dispatch the product to you, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing or technical error is found — and will let you know and refund any payment already made.
Payment
Payment is made through the checkout methods available in the shop at the time of your order, currently Apple Pay, card payments, Klarna, and Swish, processed via Mollie. The available methods may change over time.
Delivery
See Shipping and Delivery for how and where we deliver, and how delivery cost and timing are calculated.
Withdrawal, complaints and defective products
See Returns and Refunds for your statutory right of withdrawal. Separately, if a product is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match its description, you have statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish consumer protection law, which can include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Contact hello@irozon.se with your order number to raise a complaint.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory Swedish or EU consumer protection law. Where anything here conflicts with those mandatory rights, the mandatory rights apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you have a complaint we cannot resolve directly, you can bring it to Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), or to a Swedish court. This does not limit your right to bring a claim through any other route available to you by law.
