Who we are

Irozon Shop (shop.irozon.se) is operated by Irozon AB (org. no. 559553-5658), Bjursätragatan 156, 124 63 Stockholm, Sweden. Irozon AB is the data controller for personal data processed through this website, except where stated otherwise below under “Payments”.

What we collect and why

When you browse the shop, create an account, or place an order, we collect information such as your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and order and purchase history. We use this to process and deliver your order, manage your account, handle returns and complaints, and meet our legal obligations, for example under bookkeeping and tax law.

Payments (Mollie)

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V. When you pay by Apple Pay, card, Klarna, or Swish at checkout, your payment details are collected and processed by Mollie and, where relevant, its payment-method partners such as Klarna, under Mollie’s own privacy policy. For payment processing, Mollie generally acts as an independent controller of that data rather than as our processor. See Mollie’s privacy policy for details of how it handles your data.

Delivery (PostNord)

For physical orders, we share the name, address, contact details and shipment information needed to deliver your order with PostNord, who use it to carry out the delivery.

Hosting and technical service providers

This website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Hostinger, who stores the site and order data on our behalf. We also use necessary technical service providers to help keep the site secure and running.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the shop to work, for example to remember what’s in your cart and keep you logged in. We also use Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, to understand how the shop is used. Analytics cookies are not essential to the site’s operation and are set only if you consent to them; you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on the site.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data to fulfil the contract when you place an order, and to comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping and tax law. Non-essential analytics cookies are only set based on your consent.

How long we keep data

We keep order and account data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any return, complaint, or warranty claim, and for as long as Swedish bookkeeping and tax law requires us to retain financial records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability, subject to the limits of applicable law. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
